Michele Pacheco, Esq.Associate Attorney
Michele is a civil litigation attorney experienced in trust and probate litigation. In addition to her law practice, Michele teaches Advanced Legal Analysis at Lincoln Law School of San Jose.
Michele received her undergraduate degree in Behavioral Science from San Jose State University in 2001. She received her Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University of Law in 2012, where she was a two-time recipient of the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Legal Research and Writing. While earning her law degree, Michele served as the Production Editor for the Annual Survey of International and Comparative Law, a Student Editor for the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy, and was a member of the Golden Gate University Environmental Law Journal.
Outside of the office, Michele enjoys horseback riding and competing in Western Pleasure. She also enjoys hiking with her Australian Cattle Dog, Roxy, and gardening.
Michele is a member of the Trust and Estate Law Section of the American Bar Association and the Silicon Valley Bar Association.
