Bob's practice encompasses the wide range of services offered by McDowall Cotter. His primary area of interest is estate planning, with particular emphasis on wealth accumulation and preservation. In this capacity, Bob works with individuals and families, as well as with family and closely-held businesses on such things as entity formation, succession planning, and lease negotiations. But Bob is also a litigator, with more than 20 years of experience representing insurance companies, insurance company policy holders, and public entities. In his litigation practice, Bob routinely provides insurance coverage opinions and helps uninsured persons protect assets from judgment.
