She also works with trustees and administrators on trust administration and probate. Jaclyn also brings experience in real estate law, particularly planned development formation, unlawful detainers and lease preparation.

Professional Summary

Jaclyn received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology-Organizational Studies from University of California at Davis and later earned her Juris Doctorate degree and Legal Writing Concentration Certificate from Whittier College School of Law. Jaclyn was a recipient of an Academic Scholarship upon entering law school and a Dean's Merit Scholarship in her second and third years of study. She also received two CALI Excellence for the Future awards for receiving the highest grade in her Legal Writing II and Aviation Law classes. Jaclyn was active in Law Review and also participated in the Street Law Program in Orange County, California, where she taught juvenile delinquents and inner-city youth about law. In her last year, Jaclyn worked as a legal intern with San Mateo County Superior Court's Family Law Facilitators, performing legal research for the family court judges and attorneys, drafting orders, and assisting attorneys with document review.

Associations:
Jaclyn is a member of the State Bar of California and sits on the Board of Directors for the San Mateo County Bar Association, Barrister's Section. She is also an active participant in the San Mateo County Bar Association's Estate Planning and Probate Section. She was admitted to practice in the State of California in 2009.

Jaclyn enjoys being outdoors and loves Pilates, yoga and cycling. She also enjoys traveling, and has studied abroad at the Universita' per Stranieri in Siena, Italy, as well as in Toulouse, France, at the University of Toulouse. In addition to her native English, she speaks conversational Russian and Italian.
